In this vital role at Vancouver General Hospital, you will provide reception and clerical support, ensuring efficient patient handling and database management. Your responsibilities will encompass dealing with patient inquiries, filing, and typing duties essential to Radiology operations. This position calls for excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist visitors and handle patient arrivals
• Manage phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
• Update and maintain patient database information




• Process Radiology imaging requests and documents
• Collaborate with medical staff for efficient workflow

Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 12) with experience
• Proficiency in typing 40 words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills for daily operations
• Physical fitness to manage job responsibilities
