Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections of mechanical systems
• Address equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently
• Execute maintenance and electrical repairs as needed




• Carry out preventative actions on boilers and A/C units
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations

Requirements:
• Certificate as a 4th Class Power Engineer recognized by B.C.
• Two years of recent related experience
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to fulfill job duties
