This position involves conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing essential physiotherapy care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents’ needs and create treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Provide physiotherapy treatments tailored to each resident




• Educate families on health care and self-care strategies
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident progress
• Oversee Physiotherapy Assistants and students in their tasks

Requirements:
• Good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Professional License Insurance required
• Effective interpersonal skills with residents and families
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Police check for Vulnerable Sector needed
