Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy in client homes
• Implement community health service plans
• Collaborate with care teams on treatment goals
• Educate families on therapy processes
• Monitor and report client health changes

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed with Ontario's regulatory college
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
• Strong critical thinking and judgment skills
• Valid driver's license for travel
