About the Position

What You Will Be Doing

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.

Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of Transcendent and ALICE systems for preventative maintenance and work order tracking.

Perform office administration duties, including payroll preparation, document management, record keeping, and internal communications.

Act as office administrator for GAIA.

Maintain and update departmental Health & Safety binders on an ongoing basis.

Organize, coordinate, and track hotel and residence preventative maintenance programs.

Coordinate, schedule, and monitor in‑house work and external service contractors.

Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Experience working in a hotel maintenance environment, including preventative maintenance programs.

Ability to remain flexible and consistently re‑prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Previous exposure to departmental accounting and administrative tasks.

Experience with contractor scheduling and project administration.

Strong computer skills across Microsoft Windows applications, with the ability to quickly learn web‑based systems and software.

Experience using property‑management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
