Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the established care plan under supervision
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and support
• Report any changes in clients’ health conditions
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with mobility
• Advocate for clients’ safety and well-being

Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Background in senior care, preferably in health services
• Robust communication and organizational abilities
• Basic First Aid certification is recommended
• Willingness to undergo Vulnerable Sector Check
