Endless Abilities Inc. in Mississauga is seeking enthusiastic Supervised Therapists to work with children diagnosed with Autism. Both part time and full-time positions available with travel reimbursement.

As a Supervised Therapist, you will implement ABA therapy and engage with clients in various settings including homes and clinics. You'll be an integral part of a team supported by experienced BCBAs, collecting and graphing data to track therapy effectiveness and communicating progress with parents. This role requires adaptability and offers comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy
• Collect data and graph client progress
• Implement individualized strategies for clients
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Work in clinics, homes, daycares, and schools

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience working with special needs
• A vehicle and valid driver's license
• Flexibility for evening and weekend hours
• Education in fields like Child and Youth Work or Psychology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
