Summary
Full-time Style Advisor based at Eaton Centre, Toronto, selling luxury menswear and focused on delivering exceptional, personalized customer service. Responsible for building and developing a repeat clientele through in-store consultations, appointments and relationship-driven selling. Reports to the Store Leader and contributes to a high-performing retail team.

Responsibilities

Perform personal sales and holistic selling in-store to build and retain clientele

Prepare for client appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add-on sales

Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and related perks

Conduct follow-up with clients regarding alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments

Participate in merchandising activities,

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment

Experience across menswear areas such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure

Proven ability to create exceptional customer service experiences and drive repeat business

Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply new skills

Demonstrated interest in technology to support the retail customer service function and ability to work effectively as part of a team
