We’re looking for certified Personal Support Workers (PSW) to deliver client‑centered care across the Greater Hamilton and Burlington region. The role involves traveling to clients’ homes and facilities and providing compassionate support to clients of all ages.
Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality care.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Provide ongoing support, personal care and assistance with daily activities.
Participate in continuous training to improve skills and client outcomes.
Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.
Qualifications Diploma as a Personal Support Worker, an international nursing degree or equivalent; nursing students are welcome.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Valid driver’s licence, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for travel within Greater Hamilton and Burlington.
Willingness to travel throughout the region to visit clients in home and facility settings.
Ready to provide proof of education, licence and certifications, and two supervisory references.
Transparent criminal record check with vulnerable‑sector screening and a negative TB test.
Positive vaccination status against COVID‑19, Hepatitis, seasonal flu,



or other provincially mandated illnesses (provincial regulations apply).
