Compensation

$32.23-$39.27 per hour, depending on experience and education

Vacation pay: 13% of your hourly wage

Benefits eligibility: After completing 250 hours

Pension contributions: $5.00 per hour worked

What You’ll Do
Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate rock trucks, loaders, excavators, dozers,



graders & more

Dig trenches, fine grade, load trucks

Inspect and maintain machinery

Work safely and efficiently on active civil job sites

Pipe Layer

Install water, storm, and sanitary pipe systems

Operate compaction equipment

Handle site prep and trenching

Maintain high safety standards and compliance with provincial regs

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of relevant experience

Civil construction experience an asset

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
