Heartland Niagara Animal Hospital is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) for a full‑time position in Niagara Falls. Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Salary is negotiable and based on experience and licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care and technical support for patients.

Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and procedures.

Support client education and communication regarding patient care.

Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical and dental procedures.

Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic support.

Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.

Collaborate with teammates to support efficient hospital workflow.

Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive client experience.

Qualifications

Current Registered Veterinary Technician credential.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude and cooperative mindset.

Compassionate and patient‑focused approach to veterinary care.

Desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
