The Maintenance Mechanic - Plumber will maintain water distribution systems and perform essential repairs across domestic plumbing and heating. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
• Repair and maintain domestic plumbing and heating systems
• Carry out water testing for boiler systems
• Order necessary maintenance materials
• Assist with heating system maintenance and installations

Requirements:
• Red Seal (Plumbing) Certification or Ontario 306A
• At least 3 years of plumbing experience
• Proficient in reading technical documents
• Valid G driving license
• Must acquire Level II security clearance
