About Maven TechLabMaven TechLab is a Vancouver-based education company delivering hands-on STEM, coding, robotics, AI exploration, and maker programs for children ages 5–13. We partner with schools and community organizations to run after-school programs and seasonal camps (Winter, Spring, Summer).Position OverviewWe are seeking a Cooking Instructor who is passionate about working with children and delivering culinary learning experience in an age-appropriate way. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cooking, love teaching and enjoy hands-on teaching in small group settings.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach after-school cooking classes to small groups of elementary studentsDesign and develop an age-appropriate cooking curriculum suitable for young learnersPlan weekly menus and prepare ingredients for each lesson in advanceDeliver structured, age-appropriate cooking lessons focused on basic culinary skills, kitchen safety, and healthy habitsMaintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment at all timesAssist with setup, cleanup,
