The salary range being offered for this role is $85,000-$95,000 CAD.This position works out of our Surrey branch located at St Surrey, BC.Role Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all facets of the branch. This is a flat-structured environment where you will work directly with all warehouse staff daily, ensuring efficiency in productivity, logistics, and labour.The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated person with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. They will be resourceful in problem‑solving, passionate about their team and succession planning, and have a drive to constantly improve all aspects of the business.Primary Responsibilities People ManagementDirectly manage and supervise all warehouse staff including shipping, production, and inventory positions.Passionately lead, coach, and cultivate a supportive and respectful environment.Empower team members and foster teamwork and collaboration.Manage recruiting, on‑boarding, training, and retention with an emphasis on accountability, effective teamwork, and team cooperation.Cultivate diversity and inclusion as an important aspect of the work environment by supporting new ideas and different perspectives, promoting cross‑cultural awareness, and creating a safe environment for all people.Business ManagementIn collaboration with divisional leadership,
