Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

Location: 165 The Queensway, Etobicoke, M8Y 1H8.

Status: Regular; Permanent; Full-time (1 Vacancy)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $37.50 per hour

Hours: 35 to 40 hours/week

Work Setting: Warehouse or Distribution Centre

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Review work of employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and maintaining record of materials and products.

Inventory management and driving sales.

Develop procedures/manuals as part of the continuous improvement of warehouse/distribution centres.

Provide supervision & give direction to all team members to support day to day operations within the facility.

Responsible for inventory control and shipment planning.

Develop, mentor and evaluate reports relating to supply chain operations including on-hand inventory,



supply inventory reporting and recommendations.

Establish work schedules, resolve work-related issues within the centre.

Oversee supplies and manage the centre to meet labour and physical storage capacities.

Review and implement changes if required as per monthly inventory count reports and activities with supply departments.

Professional Skills and Requirements

Secondary (high) School Graduation is required, and completion of college is preferred

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience strongly preferred

Ability to supervise 15 to 20 warehouse workers

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good teamwork, and Interpersonal Skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, electronic scheduler, and Inventory Software

Own vehicle; Valid driver’s licence

Criminal record check; Basic security clearance
