Account Manager I / II
Full‑time, permanent role located in Vancouver. Reports to the Assistant Branch Manager. Provide trusted, relationship‑based financial advice to members.

Responsibilities

Provide culturally respectful, high‑touch service aligned with Indigenous values.

Provide comprehensive, relationship‑based financial advice to assigned and unassigned members.

Build and maintain member portfolios through needs‑based conversations and best‑advice solutions.

Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services (lending, mortgages, deposits).

Recognize opportunities and make referrals to specialized teams (Wealth Management, Wealth Protection, Business Banking).

Meet performance objectives contributing to branch and organizational profitability.

Apply service standards, policies, procedures, and controls to meet compliance and mitigate risk.

Support a positive, professional, and welcoming member experience.

Qualifications
Account Manager I

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of Fundamentals of Personal Financial Planning or Financial Planning 1 and CUIC 210.

Minimum 1 year of member service experience in the financial industry.

Experience engaging members in needs‑based financial conversations.

Knowledge of personal banking products and services.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Account Manager II

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Manager role.

Completion of Fundamentals of Personal Financial Planning or Financial Planning 1 plus two CFP core curriculum courses.

Completion of IFC, CIFC, or CSC investments coursework.

Minimum 3 years of member service experience in the financial industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage member portfolios and provide complex financial advice.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart

Banking and/or call center experience.

Lending experience.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a salary range of $38.32 to $42.65 per hour , with potential adjustments based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Employees may be eligible for an annual incentive program subject to eligibility requirements.
