Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and tailored styling recommendations.
Drive individual sales and support team achievement of monthly and annual sales plans.
Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and enhance clienteling and outreach.
Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and team success.
Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
Requirements
Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Versatile availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
Comfort using digital selling tools and adapting service for remote or in-person customers.
