Scale Attendant Responsibilities

Operate the weight‑station scale (Operating hours from Monday to Friday 8am‑5:30pm)

Enter appropriate data into our computer system

Communicate with drivers through the speaker system to determine type of material being dumped, etc.

Direct trucks to the appropriate location on site

Process payment from customers, as needed

Other job‑related duties as needed

Willingness to work overtime as required by business needs (Saturday 8am to 1pm) and must be able to remain seated for extended periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficient in data entry with robust attention to detail





Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to pass all pre‑employment verifications

Some previous admin experience
