Ideal candidates will have a solid customer service background, ready to answer policy inquiries and support clients through various interactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls about policy inquiries and changes
• Issue technical support communications to clients
• Contribute to departmental reporting efforts

• Meet key service metrics including call resolution rates

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree preferred
• 1-3 years of outstanding customer service
• Experience in a call center is a plus
• Commitment to obtaining OTL licensing
