Job Overview Delivery Driver – Regular, Full time – Edmonton, Alberta. Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday. Known customer base. Opportunity for advancement.
Qualifications Experience with delivery work.
Valid driver’s license (Class 5).
Good people skills, enjoys personable relationships with customers.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and follows safe working practices.
Responsibilities Make note of the day’s scheduled deliveries and deadlines.
Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure that the delivery route and load organization are fully optimized.
Be proactive and deal with route and itinerary changes.
Ensure that everything has been delivered to the customer’s satisfaction before leaving the premises.
Assist warehouse personnel to deliver orders on time.
