Introduction

Your role and responsibilities

Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.

Support strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.

Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management and stakeholder interviews.

Develop process maps to understand As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education
Bachelor’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Communication Skills: Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Project Management & Planning: Basic understanding of organizing tasks, resources, and timelines to complete projects efficiently.

Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and other documentation.

Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for evaluating data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

Adaptability: Capacity to adjust to change.

Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Openness to assist clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.

Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, technology-based Consulting environment.

A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view.

Quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.

Willingness to travel.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.

Leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.

Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results.





Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands.

Leadership in Extracurricular Activities: Participation in activities that show leadership and a positive impact on the group or project.

Customer Service or Client Interaction Experience: Familiarity with engaging and managing customer or client relationships.

Presentation or Sales Pitch Experience: Experience delivering presentations or pitches to peers or clients, showcasing communication and persuasion skills.

Effective Client Management: Experience in understanding and addressing client needs and expectations.

Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements.

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions. If you are a Foreign National from any of the following US sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine) on a work permit, you are not eligible for employment in this position.

The salary range for the position is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate salary within this range may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience for this position.
