Review auto loan contracts and documentation for compliance with internal funding policies
Communicate with dealers, sales partners, and internal teams to obtain missing or corrected documentation
Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times
Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues
Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents
Provide lost/missing contract research as needed
Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required
Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders
What we’re looking for You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency
You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills
You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigation skills
You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
You can prioritize allocated workflow seamlessly
You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Extra – awesome to have You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
Previous experience in a lending automotive related business, or financial services
You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release
Post‑secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
Working conditions This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work from the Etobicoke office three days per week, with the remaining two days working remotely from home. Hours can range from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts. Schedules are completed a month in advance
