Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
May train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit




Food safety/handling skills

Education No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience 2 year to less than 3 years of commercial cooking experience

Languages English
