Reporting to the financial director, you will play a key role in managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and supervising a small team.

Main Responsibilities - Take charge of the month-end process (entries, provisions, reconciliations) - Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data - Participate in the implementation of an ERP - Analyze results and explain variances - Participate in budget preparation and KPI tracking - Supervise and support a small team - Collaborate with management to improve processes and tools - Participate in audits and year-end closings - Manage certain tax obligations (GST/QST, DAS)
