Transform the shopping experience as an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador for Polo by delivering personalized service and driving sales on the retail floor. Your goal will be to connect products with customers effectively.

In this role, you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service while meeting individual sales KPIs and supporting store operations. The Brand Ambassador will engage with customers for personalized styling, assist with merchandising, and help maintain visual standards in the store. This position serves as a foundation for growth into leadership roles and offers training opportunities to develop key skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance sales
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to sales and data capture




• Maintain store conditions and assist in fitting rooms as needed
• Support merchandising efforts and store replenishment tasks
• Educate customers on the benefits of the Polo Connect program

Requirements:
• Experience in retail or high-volume customer service preferred
• Robust customer service and communication skills necessary
• Ability to operate registers and remain active on the sales floor
• Must be able to lift and climb up to 30 lbs
• Must have flexible availability for various shifts
