Role Description
This Trainee position is a contract, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of on‑site work and approved work‑from‑home days. The Trainee will support project teams by assisting with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis related to technology and workforce solutions. Daily activities may include updating reports, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and supporting senior team members with client deliverables. The role will involve learning internal tools and platforms, following established processes,



and adhering to quality and timeline expectations. The Trainee will also participate in training sessions, seek feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

Ability to learn and work with technology platforms, productivity tools, and basic data analysis methods.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow processes, and meet deadlines.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and collaboration with team members.

Comfort working in a hybrid setting, including attending on‑site meetings in Toronto, ON and collaborating virtually.

Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative with guidance.

Post‑secondary education in a relevant field (such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.

Interest in technology, workforce solutions, and working with large enterprise clients; prior internship or co‑op experience is an asset.
