In this crucial role, the Summit Producer will identify and connect with influential speakers, manage relationships, and produce engaging content for our industry summits. You'll also conduct vital market research to understand trends and drive attendance. Your contributions will elevate the participant experience and the overall impact of our events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and target Thought Leaders for event participation
• Lead the onboarding process for speakers, ensuring quality
• Nurture long-term relationships with speakers and clients




• Conduct comprehensive market and industry analysis
• Create effective agendas and session descriptions supporting objectives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a must
• Minimum of 1 year in Sales, Event Production, or similar
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus
• Explicit, professional communication skills required
• Strong organization skills to meet deadlines and tasks
