About The Team
The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to both the Managers and Sales Associates, playing a key role in achieving store success.

Coaching and inspiring the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance,



and providing real‑time feedback to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.

Strong care in written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.

Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.

Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.

Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
