Drive safety and compliance as an Equipment Evaluator and Trainer for OSG in Brampton. Deliver hands-on training for mobile equipment operators while ensuring a culture of safety.

In this role, you’ll facilitate and evaluate training programs across various workplace environments, focusing on mobile equipment like forklifts and overhead cranes. Your robust communication skills will help create engaging learning experiences while adhering to safety regulations. This is an in-person position requiring travel across Southwestern Ontario for client-site training and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Evaluate operator competencies fairly and objectively
• Foster strong relationships with clients and participants




• Document training compliance and maintain accurate records
• Assist in scheduling and logistics for training delivery

Requirements:
• Certification in Forklift, Aerial Work Platform, or similar required
• At least 1 year of training or equipment operation experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Strong customer-service and communication skills essential
• Valid driver’s license with travel ability required
