Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Abbotsford, BC

Status: Full-Time

Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (8 hours per day)

Note: Shift patterns and total hours are subject to change upon completion of the probationary period

Key Responsibilities

Facility maintenance and general cleanup of shop and office exterior

Yard upkeep: regular litter pick-up and debris removal to ensure site safety

Surface care: power washing equipment, bins and walkways; basic painting and touch-up work as needed

Landscaping: basic yard maintenance to keep the perimeter tidy

Adapt to new operational duties as assigned by supervisor over time

Requirements

Physical labor ability in various weather conditions (rain or shine)

Solid work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision

Reliability:



consistent attendance required for the Tuesday–Thursday block

Previous experience in power washing or general maintenance is an asset but not required

Comfortable with potential schedule shifts after initial training/probationary phase
