Overview Job Description AAA Canada is seeking a Rolling Stock Maintenance Technician to bring their expertise to our team. The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of railway equipment. They ensure the proper functioning and safety of trains by performing inspections, repairs, and tests in accordance with established standards.
Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on railway equipment
Carry out and document routine maintenance repairs on trains
Repair and install train parts
Review and/or prepare defect lists and correct them with supervisor approval, and complete all documentation
Perform combined tests to commission trains
Provide support during quarterly and other tests
Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications Vocational diploma (DEP) in electromechanics
Experience in heavy machinery maintenance is considered an asset




Availability to work all shifts (day, evening, night) is mandatory
Possession of a Class 5 driver's license is an asset
Bilingualism (French - English), both spoken and written, is an important asset for communication in the client's multilingual workplace and technical documentation
