Job Description

Promotes health and healing by functioning as a member of the care team to provide optimum care for convalescent, acutely/chronically ill, home care, and long-term care clients/patients/residents.

Required Qualifications

Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses

Practical Nursing Diploma

Experience: No previous experience required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Other Information

Every prospective member of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) team must submit to a criminal record check (CRC). The CRC needs to be satisfactory to the SHA and dated no more than six (6) months ago.
