Mining Ground Workers - Kearl - 14/7 - Paid Flights + Camp - Up to $33.17/hr - Fort McMurray, AB North American Construction Group is hiring Skilled Ground Workers for their remote mining site at Kearl, near Fort McMurray, Alberta. These positions offer the chance to work on one of the region’s largest and safest contracts, with excellent compensation and benefits. Bussing from Fort McMurray to site
Overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week
Night shift premium +$1.20/hour

What You’ll Need 2 years experience in a labourer role
Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract
CSO Certification
Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness (including Bear Awareness) tickets
High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education (asset)
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Ability to pass pre-employment testing: breath alcohol, urine drug, fitness-to-work, audiometric, and vision screening
Safety-first attitude and strong listening skills
What Will Make You Stand Out 1 year of previous mine experience is preferred
