Lawn Health Technician – Thomas Lawn Care Ottawa
Position Details:

Job Type: Full time, Seasonal (April–November)

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly wage plus bonuses $24-$30/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with occasional Saturdays as needed

Location: Ottawa, ON (valid driver's license required)

Your Role as a Lawn Health Technician:

Perform lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and slice seeding

Diagnose lawn health issues and recommend solutions to customers

Operate and maintain specialized lawn care equipment safely and effectively





Ensure consistent high-quality service to residential clients

Communicate clearly with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction

Who We Are Looking For:

Motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and independently

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Reliable, energetic self-starters who take pride in their work

Physically fit and capable of regularly lifting up to 50 lbs

Comfortable using technology and working in varied weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is an asset, but full training is provided

Provincial pesticide certification is beneficial but not required initially (training and certification provided)

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
