Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of surgical patient care, emphasizing effective teamwork and patient safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient care processes before and after surgeries
• Execute scrub and circulating duties in the OR
• Report patient conditions and concerns to the RN




• Participate in staff meetings to improve patient care standards
• Provide guidance for new staff during their orientation

Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program
• Current BCCNM registration and O.R. qualifications
• At least one year in an acute care environment
• Basic cardiac life support certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
