Property Care Crew Leader – Thomas Lawn Care Ottawa
Position Details:

Job Duration: Seasonal (April to November)

Pay: $21–$24/hour plus production bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8–10 hours/day (flexibility required)

Location: Nepean, ON (valid driver's license and transportation required)

Immediate Rewards:

$200 signing bonus on your first paycheck

$250 bonus after 8 weeks

Your Role:

Lead a small crew, schedule daily tasks, ensure quality control, and inspect equipment

Interact professionally with clients and team members

Operate landscaping equipment such as line trimmers, mowers, blowers,



aerators (training provided)

Essential Requirements:

Valid G driver's license with reliable transportation

Capable of lifting 50 lbs consistently

Solid organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to adapt and solve problems efficiently

Ability to work in a physically demanding setting at a fast pace

Preferred Qualifications:
We highly value prior management experience, as this role requires strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate team members.

Previous management experience strongly preferred

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
