Job Overview
We’re hiring Entry‑Level Sales Representatives to help homeowners book free in‑home assessments for attic insulation and mold remediation services. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain sales experience, develop communication skills, and grow into higher‑level roles. No prior sales experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

Go door‑to‑door in assigned residential areas

Speak with homeowners and book free assessments

Clearly explain the purpose of the assessment (no selling at the door)

Work alongside experienced team members during training and shadowing

Training & Support

Product knowledge training

Field training and shadowing with experienced reps

Transportation provided during the workday





Ongoing coaching and performance support

Compensation

Performance‑based compensation with weekly pay

Average weekly earnings after initial training typically range from $900–$1,400
