Become a Social Worker with Fraser Health, focusing on mental health support for children and adolescents. Collaborate with teams to provide direct care and therapy and create impactful treatment plans.

As a vital member of the mental health support team, you will report to the Manager of Clinical Operations and engage in comprehensive service delivery. Your work will include assessments, family therapy, and psychotherapy, providing essential support for youth navigating mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess psychosocial needs in acute mental health settings
• Provide family education on psychosocial issues in treatment
• Conduct various forms of counseling for patients
• Develop and facilitate group therapy programs
• Collaborate with team members on discharge planning

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work plus three years of experience
• Registration with the BC College of Social Workers
• In-depth knowledge of child mental health legislation
• Experience in family therapy and crisis intervention
• Robust organizational and communication skills
