This position calls for a dedicated skilled committed to providing immediate support in critical situations, including mental health crises, suicides, and emergencies. By working closely with local Elders and community members, you will develop strong relationships essential for effective support. Your work will contribute significantly to the mental well-being of individuals during their most challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely interventions in crisis situations
• Create detailed Deployment Plans for emergencies
• Maintain client confidentiality and secure documentation
• Coordinate with external emergency services as needed
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in crisis response roles
• Understanding of First Nations culture preferable
• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong data management skills required
• Willingness to adapt and learn continuously
