You'll work closely with the Creative team to ensure alignment with our marketing strategy while focusing on performance-driven content creation. Your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in engaging our audience and supporting Aviron's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and produce outstanding video content for marketing
• Create and execute detailed storyboards and shoot plans




• Optimize all content for different channels’ performance
• Refine videos based on analytics and audience feedback
• Maintain production quality and equipment troubleshooting

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in video production
• Skilled in CapCut and After Effects editing software
• Ability to convey powerful narratives visually
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach
• Thrive in a rapidly evolving workplace
