Atlas Structural Systems is looking to add a Saw Operator to their team in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.

Responsibilities

Accurately measure and cut wood components.

Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the saw.

Communicate schedules and deadlines needed to meet production targets.

Ensure those working in proximity to the saw are following the company’s safety measures.

Follow procedures and demonstrate protected work behaviors.

Qualifications

Safety mindset with a willingness to learn attitude.

High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures.

Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with a saw is preferred.
