This scholarship is designed to recognize students who demonstrate leadership, work ethic, community involvement, and a genuine interest in helping shape the built workplace. Ventana is committed to investing in future talent by supporting students pursuing careers in construction, development, building science, and other field-based roles.

Eligibility Requirements

Be currently enrolled full-time in BCIT’s ABT Program and in their first year of study (second‑year students are not eligible).

Demonstrate an interest in construction.

Be in good academic standing.

Be currently working as a summer intern within the industry.

Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, community involvement, or extracurricular participation.

Be legally eligible to work in Canada.
