About the Role

Provide technical support and customer service to our customers

Partner with the Outside Sales team to support existing customers and help identify new business opportunities

Learn about our products and services and educate customers on their features and benefits

Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information

Assist with preparing quotations, bids, and customer correspondence

Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks as needed

Contribute to sales, marketing, and branch initiatives

Develop your product knowledge and industry expertise through hands-on training and mentorship

Who We're Looking For

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is considered an asset

Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply

Previous customer service, retail, warehouse, co-op, internship, or sales experience is an asset but not required

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable learning and using new technology, software, and computer applications

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs

Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment





Ability to work in various weather conditions as required

Base Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 / Hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
