About the Future Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:

Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residents

Process rental applications and lease agreements

Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptly

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activity





Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as needed

Continuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy - fostering tenant retention and a sense of community

Other duties as assigned

What will you need to succeed:

3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related field

Excellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience

Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations
