Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior‑change curriculum to support their journey.
Build strong community connections on social platforms and seek opportunities to create on‑brand partnerships, attract recent members, and build brand awareness through participation in internal and external community events.
Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships with members and providing them the support, tools, or products they need to be successful.
Deliver behavior‑change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported—responding to members’ posts with purpose, encouraging reflection, learning, problem‑solving, and creating action plans, and welcoming new members.
Engage with the Studio community to inspire a more inclusive experience, encouraging participation and promoting healthier habits.
Qualifications Social media savvy or content‑creation experience.
Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
Excellent active listening skills to provide support to members.
Experience facilitating groups (preferred).




Ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and lift 11.3kg (25lb).
Interest in a flexible, part‑time schedule.
Background as a teacher, facilitator, fitness instructor, yoga instructor, health coach, nutritionist, or life coach is desirable.
Fluency in French is a plus.
