We are looking for an instructor for a Monday and Thursday morning dance/exercise class for 55+ seniors. We are a group of seniors offering classes out of the Elmwood Community League hall in west Edmonton, and are volunteer-run.
The class is a little bit of movement to music interspersed with chair stretches, some with exercise bands or sliders.
The class runs from 10:00-11:00 am, 6-week sessions, but we are adaptable with the time and day.
We charge $60 per person, 70% goes to the instructor and 30% to Elmwood.
Requirements and qualifications Fitness Alberta certification - Older Adult or Group Conditioning Specialty
