Overview
FCM is a corporate travel management company that specializes in managing national and global travel programs for medium and large businesses.

Your role will involve arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, handling air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel, considering Canadian travel requirements.

Build rapport with Canadian business travelers to ensure their needs are met by a trusted team.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers’ needs.

Execute all responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy.

Comprehend and strictly comply with Canadian travel policies and regulations.

Stay fully informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply this knowledge accurately.

Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.

Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes involving complex international fares.

Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.

Experience & Qualifications





2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management.

In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.

Experience with quality control processes for booking accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting for complex itinerary changes.

Ability to navigate complex itineraries and international fares.

Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks efficiently.

Decisiveness to resolve travel-related issues promptly.

Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and reassured.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Proficiency with travel booking systems and communication tools.

Robust technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Self‑motivated, able to work independently.

Reliable high‑speed internet connectivity.
