As a critical member of the print cell team, the Maintenance Specialist ensures all printing equipment operates at peak efficiency. Responsibilities involve regular inspections, executing preventative maintenance, and effective problem resolution. The technician will report on performance and support process improvements in a diverse and inclusive work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot printing machines proactively
• Conduct changeovers and preventative maintenance thoroughly
• Communicate performance issues to production supervisors timely




• Document work orders and maintenance activities meticulously
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright or related experience
• Minimum two years’ experience on high-speed equipment
• Valid Gas Technician license (G2/G3)
• Knowledge of machinery repair and safety standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
