How does the role impact the organization?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Services, this intern role supports Financial Advisor (FA) onboarding. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern to support our technology team in creating, updating, and maintaining explicit, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

What will your role be responsible for?

Coordinate onboarding activities across Digital Workplace, IAM, Telecom, Service Desk, and Security teams

Track onboarding dependencies and readiness blockers

Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles

Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into clear written content

Review and improve existing documentation for clarity and consistency

Support documentation for projects such as system implementations and disaster recovery playbooks

Organize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint or similar tools)

Develop diagrams and visual aids where applicable

Contribute to documentation standards and best practices

Perform other duties as assigned

What do we expect from you?

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with SharePoint or similar tools

Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information

Salary Range
USD $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
