We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who can bring an integrated approach to therapy services in clients’ homes. Our Occupational Therapists work in a flexible and adaptable environment, as part of a team that values inclusivity, diversity, and evidence‑based practice.

Skills Needed For Success

Graduate of a recognized post‑secondary program in Occupational Therapy

Current active registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

What You Will Be Doing

Change clients’ lives in the comfort of their home by assessing and building accurate therapy care plans based on each client’s real environment.

Develop health‑promotion programs, prescribe equipment and supplies, and promote client safety.

Exercise critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for a variety of clients with diverse needs.

Partner with clients’ family members, caregivers, and other health‑care professionals regarding treatment goals and service plans.

Use CTG’s hybrid model of care—including face‑to‑face and virtual—to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.





Operate as an independent and flexible OT while receiving dedicated support, mentorship and training from a reliable multi‑disciplinary team.
